I have always had a passion for science and problem solving, but on my first brewery tour at Dogfish Head 12 years ago with some buddies in college, I had discovered my newest passion... BEER!   After a few years of developing a refined taste for IPAs, I knew it was time...  My first homebrew was 8 years ago, and I still remember the excitement of floating the bottle cap on a dense head with explosions of hop aromas.  I was hooked, and it has since grown into an obsession that is an elaborate maze with the destination being amazing beer.  Labrewynth Brewing has become a passion project of mine over the last two years  to create a complete indoor brew lab where I can comfortably brew year around and achieve real consistency.  I am excited to finally launch my pilot brew lab on this endeavor to discover elaborate flavors through select malts, precise hop combinations and various other techniques.
